The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was attentive. They offered modern and neat rooms with modern design and good WiFi and the round bed. Everything was perfect, I loved that. The location was exceptionally nice - ease of access to Gulhane Park. Moreover, it was next to another restaurant, 2 minutes walking from the guesthouse and central square.

The location was great! Just a short walk to all the major sights and attractions. Plus, the staff were really friendly and helpful, always offering useful information and tips for exploring the area. The room itself was comfortable, with fancy and high-quality furnishings. And the best part? The working wifi! It's always a struggle to find a place with good wifi, so I really appreciated that.

The drain in the shower was completely clogged, so water would barely drain. And the faucet at the sink felt sticky and dirty.

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful hotel near Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. The location was amazing, just a short walk from important attractions and the trams station. The hotel owner, Amin, made us feel like part of the family and was extremely helpful in showing us directions and recommending places to visit. The superior sea view room was cozy and clean, and the food was good. We loved everything about our stay, especially the surprise birthday celebration arranged by Amin. Highly recommended!

I chose Genius Hotel Istanbul specifically to visit the Little Hagia Sophia, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the concierge. They were more than happy to assist with restaurant and city tour reservations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property was a convenient feature that I appreciated.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. From the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations, they make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities like a kettle and fridge. The breakfast is simple but delicious, offering traditional Turkish dishes to start your day off right.
